Rich Chocolate Biscuits
1.Fit the middle rack in the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Line a 9 by 9 inches baking pan with a piece of parchment paper.
3.In a bowl sift the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.
4.In a heavy saucepan put the water, coffee and ghee. Put over medium heat and stir unit ghee melts. Add the brown sugar and stir unit it dissolves. Let the mixture cool slightly.
5.Add one egg and beat until it disappears. Add the second egg and beat until it disappears. Add the flour mixture and mix until batter is smooth. Pour the mixture in the pan.
6.Sprinkle the walnut and chocolate chips. Do not stir.
7.Bake the biscuits for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
8.Leave the Rich Chocolate Biscuits in the pan until cool completely and then cut into bars or as desired.
