Garlic Stuffed Grilled Fish
1.Fit the middle rack in the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Wash the fish and dry with a paper towel.
3.In small bowl mix the fish spices, coriander, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and black pepper.
4.Sprinkle the spice mix inside and outside the fish and rub gently to coat.
5.Using a sharp knife make deep slits in both sides of the fish. Drizzle the olive oil in the slits and inside the fish. Insert some of the lemon and garlic slices in the slits. Stuff the fish with the rest of the garlic and lemon slices.
6.Wrap the fish with a piece of parchment paper and put in a baking pan.
7.Bake the fish for 30-40 minutes and then remove the parchment paper and let the fish for more 10 minutes or until golden brown.
