1.Fit the middle rack in the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
3.In a deep bowl, mix the chicken, onion, garlic, pepper, potato, oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, cinnamon, coriander and turmeric.
4.Put the chicken and potato mixture in the oven dish. Add the water. Cover the dish with another aluminum foil.
5.Bake the chicken and potato for 50 minutes until well done.
