Cherry Sauce Cheesecake
1.Fit the middle rack in the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Get 9 inches removable bottom pan and wrap the bottom and the outsides with aluminum foil. Place the pan in a 15-inch pan.
3.Crush the cookies and mix with the butter. Spread the mixture to cover the bottom completely.
4.The filling: in a stand mixer bowl, put the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, eggs and orange zest. Fit the K beater and beat on medium speed for 1 -2 minutes. Pour on the biscuit base.
5.Place the cheesecake pan in the 15-inch pan. Fill half of the larger pan with water.
6.Bake cheesecake for 60 minutes.
7.Let the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan.
8.Cherry sauce: in a medium saucepan, put the cherry, sugar, cornstarch and water. Stir the cherries until sugar and cornstarch dissolved. Put the saucepan on medium heat and cook cherries for 10 -12 minutes until tender. Let cool.
9.Remove the cheesecake from the pan and put on serving plate; spread the cherry sauce on the cheesecake.
10.Chill Cherry Sauce Cheesecake for many hours or over night.
