Chef Salad
1.Chop the lettuce and cabbage.
2.Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
3.Halve the cucumbers and deseed it.
4.Great the carrot or cut into thin long fingers.
5.Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.
6.In a large plate, arrange the lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and mushrooms.
7.Slice the turkey and mortadella and arrange on the salad.
8.The sauce: in a jar, put the oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, sugar, pepper flakes, oregano and garlic. Tightly cover the jar and shake the sauce until well blended.
9.Drizzle the sauce on Chef Salad and serve immediately.
